We are proud to offer an extensive array of over 3,000 songs, ranging from popular contemporary hits from the 1950s to the present day, to timeless compositions from the Baroque, Classical, and Romantic periods. Additionally, our repertoire encompasses tangos, hymns, folk tunes, jazz numbers, and festive carols. With our wide variety of musical choices, we cater to every taste and occasion! If your cherished song isn’t part of our collection, we’re happy to accommodate up to three special requests at no extra expense, ensuring your valued pieces are performed live exclusively for you on your special day.
For any additional song arrangements, we charge a fee of $200 + GST per song.

We understand the importance of flawless organisation on your event day, and our obligations go beyond delivering captivating live music; we also ensure a smooth experience from our end. By opting for our services, you can trust that we’ll address all music-related concerns, allowing you to focus on your guests.
Upon contacting us, Jennen will serve as your dedicated liaison, reducing potential miscommunication that could occur when dealing with multiple musicians or non-musicians. Jennen generally responds to emails and missed calls within 24 hours and is available seven days a week, ensuring you receive the care you deserve.
As a celebrated violinist with over 5,000 performances and recordings to his credit, Jennen has performed and toured with prestigious orchestras such as the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, and West Australian Symphony Orchestra.
He is devoted to addressing your questions and providing the necessary guidance to inspire confidence in engaging Australia’s top musicians.
Please note that while Jennen offers unlimited assistance via email and phone when required, in-person consultations are billed at an hourly rate of $200 + GST.
5. Cancellation Guarantee and Public Liability Insurance
In case of cancellation, we’ll issue a full credit valid for two years from the cancellation date, provided we receive at least 30 days’ notice.
If government-mandated restrictions make your event unfeasible and beyond your control, we’ll extend a full credit as long as we are notified a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
We hold comprehensive public liability insurance coverage of up to AUD 20 million, ensuring protection throughout Australia.

WE DON’T REQUIRE POWER
We perform on acoustic instruments, which means we don’t require access to any power.
This makes our set up time efficient and keeps our performance area simple and safe.
WE PERFORM ACOUSTICALLY
For more intimate gatherings with fewer than 80 attendees or events where guests will be engaged in quieter conversations, we recommend opting for an acoustic performance. This is particularly well-suited for occasions such as wedding ceremonies, intimate receptions, funerals, and wakes.
In the case of larger events where you still prefer an acoustic performance, we recommend booking our string quartet for the initial 60-90 minutes of your event. During this time frame, our string quartet will make the most substantial impact, and your guests are more likely to fully appreciate their performance. Typically, as the event progresses beyond this period, guests tend to become more engaged in socializing, leading to louder conversations, and the presence of the string quartet may become less conspicuous. At this point, we suggest transitioning to playing recorded music through speakers after the string quartet concludes their performance.
WE CAN BE AMPLIFIED
For large receptions and corporate events hosting more than 80 attendees, expansive outdoor settings, or crowded spaces, we suggest amplifying our string quartet to achieve the best sound quality.
If your venue provides sound equipment to amplify the string quartet, please arrange for the sound engineer to place one microphone on a stand in front of each musician. To guarantee optimal audio, please hire our string quartet for an extra 30 minutes prior to their performance time for a soundcheck.
WE PERFORM OUTDOORS
We are happy to perform outdoors; however, our highly valuable instruments require protection from direct sunlight, rain, and wind.
Suitable outdoor settings include verandas, balconies, and decks with overhead cover, marquees, large shade umbrellas, or spacious trees providing ample shade without falling foliage risks.
Performing on or near sand is not feasible due to potential instrument damage.
In the event of inclement weather, please ensure an indoor backup performance area is available.
