Recording Sessions
String Musicians Australia is registered with the Australian Government as trusted award-winning musicians and recording artists.
String Musicians Australia has saved many clients thousands of dollars in recording session fees.
Recording sessions can be costly, but if you employ the finest musicians, you’ll realise you can save a lot of time, effort & money with less takes required.
You won’t need to worry about paying extra for rehearsals leading up to the session, or for longer hours in the recording studio.
Just ensure you send us the charts or sheet music as soon as possible. We’ll have a look at the music before the recording session.
We’re also excellent sight-readers, so don’t worry if you can’t present the music to us in advance.
If you’re a student-composer, we can offer valuable, constructive feedback. We love supporting the music industry, and will try to help in every way possible. Since it’s a recording session & the music has already been composed, we’ll never criticise the music. We’ll provide feedback with how the music can be better presented; the notations in the parts. Mistakes are common in this regard. Of course, there’d be no extra charge for this.
Recording sessions can be costly if you have to re-record or hire the studio, engineer & musicians for longer. This would usually be the case if the musicians are not up to scratch. This is a grave mistake and should be avoided at all costs. Even if we’re a little more expensive than other booking agencies, it’ll save you time and money in the long-run. We always employ the best musicians. This means that we’ll be in-tune, musical & very professional.
It’s said that to reach mastery, one must dedicate 10,000 hours to a particular field. All of us have dedicated well over 10,000 hours to music performance. Each of us have performed for well over 100 recording sessions, including for TV shows, radio broadcasts, feature films & advertisements.
We’ve also won major national and international music competitions, and we perform with all of Australia’s leading symphony & chamber orchestras.
Please listen to over 200 of our recordings, and watch our videos.
If you require other instrumentalists or singers, let us know. We’re know all the leading musicians in Australia.
We’re located in all of Australia’s major cities, including Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth, Newcastle and Coffs Harbour.
For your convenience, we’ve listed all our prices on our website.
