While we offer unlimited assistance via email and phone, in-person consultations are available at an hourly rate of $200 + GST. We understand the importance of personalized service and are dedicated to creating a smooth and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Transparent Pricing:
Our prices are transparent and visible on our website, including GST and travel time by car from the Melbourne CBD. With no additional or hidden fees, you can trust us for a fair and upfront pricing structure. We arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your booking time to set up and start performing promptly on time.
Booking Deposit and Payment Terms:
To secure your booking, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your event date. We’ll send you a reminder closer to the date to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.
CANCELLATION PROTECTION AND PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Cancellation Protection:
In case of cancellation, we offer a full credit valid for two years from the cancellation date, provided we receive at least 30 days’ notice. If government-imposed restrictions render your event unfeasible and beyond your control, we’ll extend a full credit with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Public Liability Insurance:
String Musicians Australia holds comprehensive public liability insurance coverage of up to AUD 20 million, ensuring protection throughout Australia. Our commitment to your peace of mind is reflected in our thorough insurance coverage.

Flexible Booking Options:
Our clients often book our string quartet up to two years in advance to secure availability, especially for weddings. While most clients book when all details of their event are planned out, we understand the need for flexibility. You can make updates to your booking, including changes in date, time, and venue, with 30 days’ notice. For short-notice bookings, complete our booking form as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Booking Process:
A $500 deposit secures the booking, with the remaining balance due 30-60 days before the event date. We accommodate updates with 30 days’ notice, ensuring you have the flexibility to make adjustments to your booking.
Last-Minute Bookings:
For short-notice bookings, such as impromptu marriage proposals, wedding ceremonies, farewells, funerals, and wakes, complete our booking form as soon as possible. We’ll respond within 8 hours and do our best to accommodate your request.
