CANCELLATION POLICY & PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
We offer a full credit valid for two years from the cancellation date if notified at least 30 days in advance.
In the event of government-imposed restrictions affecting your event, we extend a full credit as long as we are informed a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
We hold comprehensive public liability insurance coverage of up to AUD 20 million, ensuring protection throughout Australia.
