We have a large selection of music to choose from. We perform baroque, classical, romantic, tango, jazz, popular, folk and modern music. We also welcome special requests. If we don’t have the sheet music of your special request, we’ll source and arrange the music for string quartet at no extra cost. This is part of the service we provide
Our string quartet can be hired for any occasion in Newcastle, but most of our clients are brides and grooms. For a wedding ceremony booking, we perform while guests arrive and are seated, during the processional, signing of the register and for the recessional. We also perform while guests exist and even while photos are being taken. Please read our weddings page for more details. We can accompany singers, perform during vows, and accompany hymns.
We not only perform as a string quartet. We can also provide a trio or a duo for the budget-conscious, or if there is limited space at the venue. We can also provide a solo violin, cello or harp for more intimate occasions.
